Dr Ruba Haddad is a clinical Cardiologist and advanced heart failure and transplantation specialist.
She has particular interests in familial cardiomyopathies, inherited arrhythmias, heart failure, pulmonary hypertension and aortopathies.
After obtaining a cardiology Fellowship from Hunter New England Health, Dr Haddad pursued an electrophysiology and pacing Fellowship followed by clinical genetics training with a focus on inherited arrhythmia. She then spent two years in Canada at The University of Ottawa Heart Institute pursuing a clinical and research Fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation. During her time in Canada, Dr Haddad also trained in inherited arrhythmia and gained extensive experience in pulmonary hypertension.
Dr Haddad consults from our Chatswood clinic and provides patient care at Macquarie University Hospital.
